Janet was predeceased by her parents, Retired NFPD Detective Lieutenant Leslie R. Davis and Ruth (Kinney) Davis, and her brothers James and Donald Davis, both of Colorado. She is survived by her son Edwin Jay Davis, daughter Sandra R Davis, and beloved grandchildren Marisa and Nicholas Carr. all of Niagara Falls.

Janet grew up participating in Niagara Falls Field Days. She worked in retail, starting at Kings, spending many years at Kmart, and having a particular fondness for her years at Vix. She spent her latter years devoted to her grandchildren, who were blessed to have such quality time with her. She enjoyed her computer games, her cats, and spending evenings on the patio during the warmer season.

Though Janet has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
