Jason touched many lives and will be remembered fondly for the moments shared and the memories created. Family, friends, and colleagues extend their love and support during this time. He is survived by: his parents, John D. Chudzinski and Debra J. Chudzinski (Taylor); his sister Janet Carl (Alan); his nieces and nephews, Zachary Shaffer, Courtney Vilardo (Alex) and Samantha Carl; and his great-nephew Miles. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hardison Funeral Homes, Inc. (3648 Ransomville Rd, Ransomville, NY 14131). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
