He is survived by: his wife Ophelia Adjemian; his daughters, Patricia Belfatto (Charles) of Wilmington, DE and Claudia Petrosian (Michael) of Lewiston, NY; his grandchildren, Trisha, Michael and Matthew; his caregivers, Shelby Smith, Carol Finney, Leah Takac, Stacey Ventry and Margie Blake; Kevin, Vickie Chambers and Mary Movesian. He is also survived by his step-children, nieces and nephews.
