She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred W. Smith and Mary E. [Allen] Smith; and her sister Edith Rogers. She is survived by: her children, David J. Banks and Sharon Hackmer (James); her grandchildren, Melynda Banks, Tania Pitts (Brian), Mark Hackmer, Brandon, Christopher Banks and Melanie Grobe (Richard); and her sister Elsie Slack (Charles). She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in her name to the Calvary Baptist Church.
