She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Brezinski and Antonia Brezinski (Kolodzieczyk); her husband Joseph Golba; and her siblings, Edward Brezinski, Henry Brezinski, Robert Brezinski, Anthony Brezinski, Frank Brezinski, Elizabeth Smulligan and Constance Minikel.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Guthrie (Frank), Rose Cassidy (Andrew), Joseph Golba (Lisa), Michael Golba (Jeanne), John Golba (Genine) and Ziggie Golba (Alina); and her siblings, Mary Gitz and Thomas Brezinski. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren.
