He was predeceased by: his mother Carole L. DuVal (Hockaday). He is survived by: his father Wilfred "Jerry" E. DuVal; his children, Jerald DuVal (Jessica), Brandi DuVal and Marc DuVal (Sarah); his siblings, Lawrence DuVal (Ginny), Mary D'Angelo (John), Lisa Scarfone, Denise Hickey (Billy) and Tracie Yarger (Mike); his granddaughter Anna Donaldson; and his siblings, Jacob, Noah and Brielle DuVal. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
