Jessie Frame Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 18, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Jessie Frame of Niagara Falls, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Emery Herman and Marjorie Briggs (Dellaree); her husband William Frame; and her son William "Billy" Briggs. She is survived by: her children, Peggy Frame, Brian Frame (Andrea) and Mark Frame; her grandchildren, Nicholas Frame, Amber Frame, Michelle Frame and Candace Mason (Andrew); her great grandchild Veronica Flippen; and her brother Frank Briggs (Colleen). She is also survived by many other great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Otto Redanz Funeral Home (2215 Military Rd, Niagara Falls, NY 14304).

In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to Roswell Park Alliance Foundation.
