We bid farewell to Jim Ditzel (Niagara Falls, New York), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 15, 2026 at the age of 75. Jim touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Ditzel and Betty [Burdick] Ditzel. He is survived by: his wife Sallie [Johnson] Ditzel; his children, Justin Ditzel (Jennifer), Kara Baker and Jillian Maxon (John); his grandchildren, Tyler, Aubrey, William, Marleigh, Ryan, Camden and Chase; and his brother Gary Ditzel (Judy). He is also survived by his brothers- and sisters-in-law, as well as many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to the Sanborn Area Historical Society (SAHS).
