She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Hermanson and Jeanette Collins (late James); her husband James P. MacNeil; and her daughter Laura Fantrazo. She is survived by: her children, James Barnes (Diane Roy), Paul MacNeil (Diane), David MacNeil (Jennifer Reed), Kathy Shaw (Joseph Goraj) and Michael MacNeil (Lisa); her siblings, Donna Wojcik (late Thomas), Dawn Ely (Richard), Timothy Collins (Sharyn), Carol Hermanson, Nancy Hermanson, Marlene Burns (late Daniel, Sr.) and Gordon Hermanson; and her former husband Harold Barnes (Sue). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to the Roswell Park Alliance Foundation.
