He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H. Hoffman and Elizabeth "Lorraine" Hoffman (Johnson). He is survived by: his children, Robert J. Hoffman, David Hoffman (Danielle), Paul Hoffman and Kyle Rodgers; his grandchildren, Logan Hoffman, Troy Hoffman and Chase Dubuc; and his brother Ronald J. Hoffman (Teresa). He is also survived by 4 step-sisters and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
