He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kowalksi, and Adele Radjack Kowalksi, Sr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Alison Fore (Joel) and Christine Kowalski; his grandchildren, Travis, McKenzie, Mitchell and Shae Smalling; and his great grandchildren, Krew, Sage, Savannah and Mirandah.
