He is survived by: his siblings, Gloria James of Niagara Falls, NY, Surlines M. Brown (Jerry) of Niagara Falls, NY, Catherine Rivers of Niagara Falls, NY, Joe L Rivers (Angie) and Cornelius Rivers. He is also survived by his four grandchildren, nieces, a nephew, other relatives and friends.
