He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lyman F. Sanford and Amy E. Sanford (Smith); his wife Debra A. Sanford (Rossi); his children, Briana Seim (Matthew), Brittany Valente (Frank) and Brooke Temple (Leighton); his grandson Theodore Oliver Temple; and his siblings, Karen Soria, Edward Sanford and Frank Sanford.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the M. J. Colucci & Son Niagara Funeral Chapel (2730 Military Rd, Niagara Falls, NY 14304). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
