He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Toarmino and RoseAnn Falbo Toarmino Rizzo; and his stepfather Angelo Rizzo. He is survived by: his wife Colleen Ross Toarmino; his daughters, Alicia Savino (Dan), Elizabeth Barber (Douglas) and Andrea Toarmino (Tony Terrana); his grandchildren, Anthony, Amelia Savino, Thomas Barber, Samantha and Chloe Terrana; his siblings, Ross 'Russ Toarmino, Jane Hartley (William), Michael Rizzo (Rose), Patricia Johnson, Chris Rizzo (Kathy), Peggy Schildhauer (Donald) and Kara Hartman (William); his father-in-law William Ross (Linda); his siblings-in-law, Dawn Hilton (Ed Page) and Brian Ross (DeeAnn); his aunts, Ann Stinis (Peter) and Gloria Falbo (late Carmen); and his cousin Carmen Toromino. He is also survived by Uncle Joe will be missed by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, as well as his many friends.
