She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent J. DelGobbo and Ida Vera DelGobbo (Gretton); and her brothers, David DelGobbo (late Betty) and John DelGobbo. She is survived by: her sons, David Young (Molly) and Danny Young (Maja Blanusa); her brothers, Tony DelGobbo (Nancy Cimbal), Peter DelGobbo (Molly) and Ricky DelGobbo (Linda); her half-siblings, Patricia Fatourous (Steve), Mary Baillargeon, Chuck DelGobbo (Justine) and Michael DelGobbo (Sherri); and her former husband Ronald Young. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the M. J. Colucci & Son Niagara Funeral Chapel (2730 Military Rd, Niagara Falls, NY 14304). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings in Josie's name may be made to Heifer International (heifer.org), in efforts to end hunger and poverty in a sustainable way by supporting local farmers and their communities.
