Michaels Jr. (Jacqueline); her siblings, Jon Edwards (Vicki) and Judith Kosiniski (John); her grandchildren, Megan Cosbey (Kenneth), Timothy A. Zemla, Thomas C. Michaels (Kristin) and Melissa A. Berlin (Cory); and her great grandchildren, Halina, Colton, Mason, Callie and TJ. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
