She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Culp and Dorothy Culp (Nellis); her husband John Joseph Costanzo; her sons, Mark and Todd Steven Costanzo; and her sister Janice Ferritto (late Sully).
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Cortney Costanzo and Garrett Costanzo (Morgan); her great grandchild Amelia; her niece Catherine Mayhue; and her sister-in-law Kathy (Wayne) Jaruszawicus (Costanzo).
