She is survived by: her children, Robert P. Jayes and Patricia A. Smith (Eric); her grandchildren, Christopher, Connor, Ryan, Seth, Caitlin, Noah, Dakota and Emily; her siblings, Jane Jayes and Thomas Jayes; her friend Frank; Melissa and Catherine. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
