She was predeceased by: her parents, Annabelle Wade (Crain) and Harold Wade; her siblings, Gary Wade (Patti) and Bonnie Simmons (Alan); and her close friend James Plennart.

She is survived by: her sisters, Drena Wade and Nancy Cullen (Steve). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, cousins and their spouses.
