She is survived by: her children, Cindy Jane Duke (Daniel) and David Bert Ward (Julia); and her grandchildren, James Matthew Otis, Olivia Jane Duke, Joseph Aubrey Ward and Christopher David Ward. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to a charity of one's choice.
