It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen M. Phillips of Niagara Falls, New York, who passed away on May 21, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Neal Hanks and Alice Hanks; and her siblings-in-law, Ralph R., Maryann Phillips, Charles Coon and Terry Fritz.
She is survived by: her children, Mark R. Phillips (Andrés) and Laura Anne McGarvey; her husband Bob of Tonawanda, NY.; her grandchildren, Morgan and Phillip McGarvey; her siblings, Maureen Coon and Merritt Hanks (Frances); and her sister-in-law Jill Fritz.
