She is survived by: her children, Thomas Polka and Destiny Glenn; and her siblings, Barbara Skye, Lucille Perrello (Vinny Perrello), Cosmo Schiro (Cindy Schiro), Anne Smith (Jim Pallaci), Jean Fultz (David Fultz) and Therese Horne. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, co-workers, and friends.
