She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Lake and Stella Lake (Gozdowsky). She is survived by: her grandchildren, Ethan, Sienna and Nathan; her husband Ralph A. Boniello, III; her children, Ralph IV, Michael (Pooya Nasseri) and Kristen Boniello (Sean Ingham); and her sisters, Marilyn Gratto, Barbara Gouin and Karen Klinger. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to Buffalo Hospice, Brothers of Mercy, or the Scholarship fund at Niagara University in the name of Rachel B. Boniello.
