She is survived by: her cousin Robert Mokhiber (Sherry); her godchildren, Rob Mokhiber III (Cristie) and Laura Moll (Joe); and her nephew Raymond Fadel. She is also survived by cousins, godchildren and friends.
Memorial offerings in Kathy's name may be made to St. George's Orthodox Church.
