He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Zortman and Pauline Zortman (Hockenberry); his former wife Bonnie Zortman (Dixon); and his brother Jimmy Zortman. He is survived by: his wife Tracie; his children, Brandy Zortman (James Hutcheson), Lindsey Lester (Chris), David Cusick (Samantha Meyer) and Sarah Miller; his grandchildren, Ethan, Tyler, Olivia, Liam, Jackson and Nicholas; his siblings, Melvin Zortman and Dorothy Hillman; and his uncle Allen Zortman.

The family kindly requests that donations be made to Mercy Flight of Buffalo "Just One More" -Kenny.
