He was predeceased by : his wife Maria Marshall. He is survived by : his children, Kevin, Jr. Marshall-Broderick (Ahovi), Christopher Marshall, Kragh Marshall (Julie) and Molly Marshall (Thomas); his grandchildren, Harley, Everett, Kameron and Adalyn; his brother Darren Marshall (Shannon); his nephew Steven; and his niece Jennifer.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Lane Funeral Home, Inc. (8622 Buffalo Ave, Niagara Falls, NY 14304).

Donations in Kevin's honor, an avid animal lover, can be made to the Niagara County SPCA.
