He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wagner and Ruth Wagner (Hornish); his wife Joanne Wagner (Zacher); and his siblings, Emma Cavaleri (late Daniel), Leo Wagner (late Cheryl) and Barbara Cooper.
He is survived by: his children, Diana Locey (John) of Lowell, MA, Cindy O'Keefe (Mark) of Chelmsford, MA, Roy Wagner (Michelle) of Ransomville, NY and George Wagner (Kerry) of Apollo Beach, FL; his grandchildren, Andrew Locey, Jessica Locey (Christopher Cunha), Samantha Pappagallo (Sean), Megan O'Keefe, Patrick Wagner (James Roy), Erin O'Keefe (Brian Duffy), Connor O'Keefe, Keely Wagner, Haley Wagner and Jack Wagner; his great grandchildren, Ella, Eli and Emi Pappagallo; and his sister Beverly Harold (late Obra). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
