He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Potter and Isobel Potter (Williams); his wife Anna Potter (Soares); and his siblings, Lawrence Potter, Evelyn Hawkins, Gertrude Mannarino and Dorothy Rosino.
He is survived by: his sons, Douglas Potter (Catherine) and David Potter (Diana); his grandchildren, Danielle Mesi (Christopher), David, Anna, Camila and Diana Potter; and his great grandchild Giovanni Mesi. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to Niagara Hospice or St. Stephen's Episcopal Church.
