She was predeceased by: her father H. Eldon Cook; her husband Richard Kudela Sr.; her daughter Katie Pratt; and her brother William Cook. She is survived by: her sons, Richard Jr. (Jessica) and Paul (Danielle); her son-in-law Terence Pratt; her grandchildren, Evangeline, Liam, Ryan and Zoe; her niece Cathy Cook-Leslie; her cousin Linda Brode; and her close friend Donna Munro. She is also survived by many loving cousins, in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
