He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Bax and Sylvia Bax. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Staci, Kelly Hoyt (Paul), Louie (Lindsey) and Vicki; and his grandchildren, Gina and Charlie. He is also survived by six great grandchildren, and a large extended family.
