He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilber Phillips and Caroline Phillips (Swedenhjelm). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Phillips (Neiss); and his sister Lynn Hayes (Gerry). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins; and many dear friends.
