She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Andrew and Elizabeth Padgett (Spence); her husband John E.'John Ed'Mathison, Sr.; and her son Armin Mathison. She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Mathison (late Manuel Belasco) and John E. Mathison Jr. (Peggy); her grandchildren, Christina Leary (Dan), Claire Fulton (Joshua), Ryan, Nick Mathison (Nicole), TJ Snell (Cole) and Brian Velsy; and her great grandchildren, Jordan, Juli Dohring, Isaiah, Raina Fulton, Carter Snell, Salvatore and Francesca Mathison.
In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to Niagara Hospice.
