She was predeceased by: her parents, William B. Clark and Dorothy M. Clark (Rainey); her husband Fred Sebastian; her son Randy Yukon; and her siblings, Russ Clark and Gladys Morris.
She is survived by: her daughter Yvonne Roehre (Michael); and her siblings, Rose Janese, Roger Hewitt and William Hewitt. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
