She was predeceased by: her parents, Pasquale Guercio and Anna Guercio (Wojtac); her husband John D. Cosby; and her brother John Guercio (late Gladys). She is survived by: her nieces, Patricia A. Guercio and Sharon G. Kalivoda (Larry Pierce); her great-nephew David Kalivoda; her caregiver Thomas Cali; Madison T. Redmond. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings will be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to Shriners Hospital.
