Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Morgan for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Westrum and Sue Westrum (Empl); and her siblings, Stephen Westrum and Christine Westrum. She is survived by: her wife Paula J. Shank; her brother Michael Westrum; and her niece Vanessa Hill. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and in‑laws.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the M. J. Colucci & Son Niagara Funeral Chapel (2730 Military Rd, Niagara Falls, NY 14304). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
