With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nia Milaka Brown of Niagara Falls, New York, who passed away on December 11, 2022 at the age of 48. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Lawrence Brown; her grandparents, Charles, Charlie Mae Shorter, Ishmael and Gertrude Burch; and her uncle Rickey Burch.

She is survived by: her mother Catherine Lynn Brown; her children, Daniel James Brown, III, Jermaine Author Miller and Kuamaine Lawrence Miller; her grandchildren, Anais Nicole Brown and Kenna Nicole Miller; her siblings, Trsha, Quenton Smith, Anthony, Theresa Brown, Curry and Alexandra Jones, Jr.; her grandmother Dorothy Brown; her aunts and uncles, Shirley Feggitt, Albert, Barbara Rogers, Kenny, Barbara Burch, Wayne Burch, Evon Burch, Gregory Crowell, Linda Brown, Sharon Brown and Darlene Brown; and her close friends, Lytice Brown, Chanel Pryor and Tonya Richardson. She is also survived by other family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to Nia's family.
