He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Metro and Lilla'Lily' Metro (DiRuscio); his son Nicholas Metro III; and his brother Robert Metro. He is survived by: his friend Jim Wagner of Leon's Tavern; his children, Wendy Mayflower (Michael), James Metro (Te'a) and Jennifer Metro; his grandchildren, James, Hayley (Logan), Alec, Luke, Alissa (Dan), Haley, Dominic, Miranda and Katherine; and his siblings, Richard Metro and Delores A. Hazelton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
