He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Chester and Clara Norine Collins; and his sister Diane R. Custo. He is survived by: his girlfriend Debra Dziamski; his sister Sandra Barr; his aunt Dorothea Mort; his nieces and nephews, Eric Custo, Jr. (Melinda), Corey, Robyn, Kristie and Renee; his great-niece Jocelyn Custo; and his stepchildren, Amy and Mark Dziamski. He is also survived by several cousins and 3 cats.
In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to the Niagara County SPCA.
