She is survived by: her children, Gregory Perry (Ashley DiRamio) and Kelsie-Lynn Perry (Abel Blake); her grandchildren, Armoni Perry, Giovanni Perry, Amora Blake and Liam Blake; and her siblings, Sandra Smith, Carol Perry and Nicholas Perry (Rhonda). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
