With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia E. Graczyk of Niagara Falls, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 5, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Patricia departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Patricia. Though Patricia may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Heller, Sr. and Margaret Heller (McCabe). She is survived by: her husband Daniel Graczyk; her sons, Michael Cadwallader (Jennifer) of Ashland, VA, Timothy Cadwallader (Nicole) of Wheatfield, NY, Robert Graczyk (Jennifer) of Neptune, NJ and Sean Graczyk (Misty) of Berne, IN; her siblings, Willard Heller, Jr. and Mary Brydges (Donald); her friend Sandy Harrington (Carl); and her pet Buddy. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.

If desired, memorial offerings may be made to Niagara Hospice and/or the Golisano Medical Oncology Center.
