With solemn reverence, we commemorate Patsie L. Frank of Niagara Falls, New York, born in Vandergrift, Pennsylvania, whose life came to an end on April 18, 2024 at the age of 92, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, we take solace in the memories we hold dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Patsie may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Hensyl Young and Clara Young (McKinney); and her husbands, Robert A. Kelberer and Nelson Frank. She is survived by : her son Paul Neumann; her stepdaughter Pattie Knight (Ron); and her nephew Rev. Patrick Bradley (Linda). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Otto Redanz Funeral Home (2215 Military Rd, Niagara Falls, NY 14304). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to Niagara Hospice.
