He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Andrzejczyk and Theresa Andrzejczyk (Ficner). He is survived by: his siblings, Chester Andrzejczyk and Connie Emmens (late Albert); his nieces, Cindy Horton (Rick) and Michelle Sherwood (Adam); his nephew Adam Andrzejczyk; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kennedy Blencowe (Nolan), Alexis, Leah Andrzejczyk, Anthony Blencowe (Jodie), Declan, Cameron, Aiden Sherwood, Lucas and Jordon Andrzejczyk (Janick Garris). He is also survived by many cousins and his special friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to the Niagara County SPCA, Niagara Hospice or a charity of one's choice.
