He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles C. and Jennie Chiodo (Pascucci); his wife Carrie Chiodo (DiDomizio); his children, Barbara Ferchen (Richard), Paul G. Chiodo and Dr. Christopher C. Chiodo (Vanessa); his granddaughters, Noelle Chiodo and Natalia Chiodo; and his sister Marie Renzo (late Edward). He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
