It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rachel Colton of Niagara Falls, New York, who passed away on October 25, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Louis Santiago; her son Richard Santiago; her former husband Gene Colton; her siblings, Milca Haluska (Mickey), Louis Santiago (Papo) and Kevin Santiago; and her nephews, TJ Santiago and Jeremy Santiago.
She is survived by: her mother Ruth Santiago (Ramos); her grandchildren, Justina Santiago (Jamal Humphrey) and Richie L. Santiago; her great grandchildren, Jamal Jr. and Kiara Humphrey; her stepdaughter Betty J. Colton; her siblings, Joseph Santiago (Nadaline), Dan Santiago, Sara Rodgers Lucy (late James Rodgers), Rosa De Boyd and Anna Santiago; and her daughter-in-law Rea Santiago. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
