She is survived by: her husband Surinder Singh Sandhu; her children, Yuvraj Sandhu (Harman) and Jagroop Sandhu (Jaspreet); and her grandchildren, Amreen, Amisha and Viraj. She is also survived by three sisters, as well as many friends and extended family.
