It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Regina DeLuca of Niagara Falls, New York, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 12, 2026, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Minelli and Theresa Minelli; her husband Samuel; her grandson Patrick DeLuca; and her siblings, Frank, William Minelli and Dolores Schmidt.

She is survived by: her children, Barbara Suitor (David), Regina Fleming (William), Marie LaMotte, Donna Hulub (Timothy), Teresa Burke (Thomas), Pasquale (Lorraine) and William DeLuca. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport, NY 14094.
