He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Juzwiak and Jane Juzwiak (Ostroski). He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Juzwiak (Namenanik); his daughter Caitlin Juzwiak; and his siblings, Robert Juzwiak (Joanne) and Jacqueline Bauer (Dan). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
