Richard Linton Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Linton (Niagara Falls, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 13, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Linton and Sarah Linton (Gourley); his former wife Joanne Linton; and his siblings, Edward Linton, John Linton, Thomas Linton, Beverly Warrick, Patricia Minor and Carol Gumbert.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Linton (Clendening); his daughter Tammy Holzle (Ralph); his granddaughters, Amanda Monahan (Brian) and Holly Stretch (Michael Chatt); his great grandchildren, Tyler DeRubeis, Cameryn Monahan and Landon Stretch; and his stepchildren, Danelle Nordby and David W. Rivers. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to Niagara Active Hose Volunteer Fire Company and/or Niagara Falls Firefighters Toys-For-Tots.
