He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Lewis and Ruth Lewis (Withers). He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Lewis; his children, Cory Lewis (Sarah), Cayla Lewis (Dwayne), Casara "Cassie" Lewis (Ryan), William "Billy" Huffman-Lewis, Collin Huffman and Mark Huffman; his grandchildren, Giana, Cassidy, Ben, Ariyah, Cory Jr., Raelyn, Sammy, Amelia, Kingston, London and William "Liam" Jr.; and his siblings, John Lewis, Paula Gagliardi (late Cam), Doris Lewis, Beth Ann VaNess and Dawn Woods. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
