It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Carl Richter of Niagara Falls, New York, born in Ransom, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 3, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Richter and Ethel Bonanni (late Americo 'Rico'); his spouse Jean Moffatt; his grandson Carl Wheaton; and his sister Shirley Maselli (late Ermedo 'Ed').
He is survived by: his children, William Richter and Linda Wheaton (Wayne); his grandchildren, Shawn Wheaton, Amanda Wheaton and Katrina Richter; his great grandchild Kya Wheaton; his nieces, Roberta Yensan (David), Debbie Gadomski (Joseph) and Tammy LeMieux (Jim Garrett); and his nephew John Maselli (Lisa). He is also survived by several great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to the American Cancer Society and/or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
